Where is CLEAN WATERWAYS being held this year?

CLEAN WATERWAYS 2022 is being held at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, PA.

Will there be a virtual alternative this year?

There is currently no plan to have a virtual alternative for the 2022 CLEAN WATERWAYS Conference.

What health & safety measures will be in place at the venue?

The health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors are of the utmost priority at CLEAN WATERWAYS. We will continue to work with the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, the Westin Pittsburgh and our other supporting vendors in order to ensure that we’re following the best safety procedures and protocols. In an effort to maintain the health and well-being of all at our events, we are committed to following the guidelines put in place by the CDC, the U.S. Travel Association and at the city and state levels. We recognize that all events and venues are different, so we will update all participants on specific safety measures before we go onsite.

At the David L. Lawrence Convention Center
A 700-space parking garage is located in the DLCC (10th & Penn Ave.) which is managed by Alco Parking Corporation. Approximately 12,000 parking spaces are available within a 15-minute walk of the DLCC. A real time parking availability app is available and can be viewed on www.parkpgh.org.

You can also pay at parking meters by phone. The Go Mobile PGH mobile app allows you to easily pay for parking at on and off-street parking meters throughout the City of Pittsburgh.

What are the registration fees for CLEAN WATERWAYS?

Is there a group discount to attend CLEAN WATERWAYS?

Yes – group discounts are available for any company looking to send 3 or more to CLEAN WATERWAYS. Click here to view group rates or contact Jill Dean – [email protected] or 301-354-1618 – to set up your plan. Both in-person and virtual packages are available.

Are there Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) available?

CLEAN WATERWAYS offers a Certificate of Attendance that may help you meet your state licensing board’s requirement for Professional Development Hours. Many states allow you to earn these credits by presenting or attending seminars, workshops, or professional or technical presentations made at conventions, or conferences, including those presented by vendors with specific knowledge related to the licensee’s area of practice.

How do I get my badge?

Badges can be picked up during registration hours at our registration desk, located inside the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is business casual. Be sure to pack light layers as the Convention Center might be cool and temperatures vary during the day/night in Pittsburgh.

What is the registration cancelation policy?

PAYMENT INFORMATION: Full payment must be received prior to CLEAN WATERWAYS. If you have any questions please email [email protected] or call (301) 354-2101.

CANCELLATIONS: All sales for CLEAN WATERWAYS are final. Non-payment or failure to show up onsite or access online materials does not constitute cancellation and said registrants are not entitled to a credit or refund of any kind.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions can be made. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to: [email protected].

When will the exhibitor service manual be available?

The exhibitor service manual will be available in January.
